Hand-crafted custom flutes by Raymond Redfeather
Each one of my flutes are custom created with the owner in mind. I only use woods from individuals or companies that are green or use stainable practices. Allot of times wood is re-salvaged, trees that have been blown over, or damaged due to lightening or weather. I make approximately 16 different keys in a pentatonic minor scale, with 5 or 6 hole construction. I was taught by Master flute maker Coyote Oldman who has been one of the most influential people in the history and survival of this instrument, with over 40 years experience in the making!
All my Flutes are signed, dated, Key and also a burned Redtail Hawk feather just behind the Chimney near the mouth piece as shown in this image,
